For each vaccine, they have requirements for when you can take the next shot, up until your booster.
For everyone
Immuno- compromised
For the immunocompromised, you will get your first dose & then a second dose 3-8 weeks after. You will get a third dose 4 weeks after that. Lastly, you wait 2 months to get your bivalent booster shot.
Immuno- compromised
For Moderna
For Moderna: After your first initial vaccine, you want to wait 4-8 weeks before getting your second vaccine. Then after your second vaccine you want to wait at least 2 months to get your booster shot.
For Moderna
For Pfizer
Pfizer: After your first initial vaccine you want to wait 3-8 weeks before getting your second vaccine. After the second vaccine you want to wait at least 2 months until you get your booster shot.
For Pfizer
Boosters
People who have gotten more than one original monovalent booster vaccine are recommended to get the updated bivalent booster vaccine.
